Yet another Fond du Lac Ethics Board meeting has been scheduled. The Fond du Lac Ethics Board is scheduled to meet October 1 in closed session to discuss an ethics complaint filed against an individual who has not been identified. The Ethics Board has considered multiple complaints over the past year. So far the Board has found probable cause and a violation in only one of the complaints against councilmember Ben Giles for seeking outside legal counsel against the advice of the city attorney regarding a Lakeside Park matter. Giles is appealing that finding.
