More people will get vaccinated at a clinic this week at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds than originally thought. The clinic is being offered for county residents aged 65 and older. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says that’s the CDC now says there are six doses of the COVID-19 vaccine per vial instead of five. Mueller says instead of 1,000 vaccine doses, there will be closer to 1,170 doses administered Wednesday. Mueller says people have been given specific times to show up for their vaccine to ensure that people don’t show up at one time. Mueller says another vaccine clinic is planned for next week at the Fairgrounds for people who registered but were placed on a wait list. Other clinics will be scheduled in the future.
