One of three individuals arrested in the heroin overdose death of a Fond du Lac man last summer has been convicted. At a hearing this week Julie Harr pleaded guilty to charges of reckless homicide and manufacture/delivery of cocaine. Several other counts were dismissed and read into the record. Judge Gary Sharpe ordered a pre-sentence investigation and a sentencing hearing will be scheduled. Harr was one of three people charged in the overdose death of Steven Compton. District Attorney Eric Toney told WFDL news Compton died July 28 at a Fond du Lac residence. Cara Zech and Anthony Buechel are also charged in the case.
