On Wednesday at approximately 5:30 am, the non-emergency phone lines answered by the Fond du Lac County 911 Center will be out of service during the implementation of an updated phone system. The non-emergency numbers for the Fond du Lac Sheriff’s Office, Fond du Lac Police-EMS-Fire, North Fond du Lac Police-EMS-Fire, and Waupun Police-Fire will be affected. The outage will not affect the Ripon Police-Fire-EMS’s phone lines. Phone numbers affected include 929-3390, 929-3224, 906-5555, and 324-7911. All 9-1-1 lines will remain operational while the non-emergency lines are down. Citizens should use 9-1-1 during this time for urgent assistance. If the matter can wait, please call once the lines are back up. Additional information will be released when the update is completed.
