8-18-17 convicted fdl child sex offender relocation notice

 

The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified of a change of address for Jacob Schwendimann.  Schwendimann was released from prison after being convicted on 04-28-10 for failure to provide information to the Sex Offender registry as required by law.  In 2009 Schwendimann was also convicted of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor in Ohio.  The victim was a cooperative teenage female that he met on the internet.   Schwendimann has a number of juvenile adjudications out of Washington County that require registration:
1.  2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2007 when he was 16 years old.  The victim was a 14-year-old cooperative male peer.
2.  2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2006 when he was 15 years old.  This victim was a 14-year-old cooperative male peer.
3.  2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2005 when he was 14 years old.  The victim was a 12-year-old cooperative male peer.
 Jacob Schwendimann is currently living at 19 E Rees St. in the City of Fond du Lac. He is no longer under any type of probation, parole or extended supervision. Jacob Schwendimann is required to comply with the Sex Offender Registry until 2023.
