2-17-17 three wisconsin residents indicted on federal drug charges

A Juneau man is one of three people indicted by a federal grand jury on drug charges.   Forty six  year old Michael Marks was arrested Wednesday in Beaver Dam on a charge of possession and  of methamphetamine.  His cousin, 44 year old William  Marks of Columbus and an Eau Claire woman are charged with distributing methamphetamine.   The charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.  The charges  are the result of an investigation conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation;  Dodge County Sheriff’s Department; Beaver Dam Police Department; West Central Drug Task Force; Columbus Police Department; Columbia County Sheriff’s Department; and Waupun Police Department.
